These terms govern access to and use of the Website, which presents Florium’s floral design services for hotels, private clients and weddings, and allows visitors to send enquiries.

Browsing the Website makes you a user and implies that you accept this legal notice in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Website.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of the user’s place of residence, as provided by consumer protection law. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of San Roque (Cádiz), unless the law provides otherwise.
